Complex additive GS705 – is a highperformance liquid complex additive, created for the preparation of selfcompacting mortar. The additive includes the last generation of superplasticizers, the chemical basis of which is esters polycarboxylates, as well as a set of additives that provide acceleration of the hardening, increasing plasticity and preventing stratification of the filling solution. Additive GS-705 is compatible with all types of cements.

The complex additive GS – 705 injection into the filling material provides:
- Acceleration of the strengthening of the solidifying stowing , which increases productivity and reduces cost of mining and filling works;
- Increase of the plasticity of the filling solution and reducing delamination during transportation, which facilitates its feeding through the concrete pipe;
- Increase of the final strength of the solid stowing by 10-15%;
- Reduction of the cement consumption for the preparation of 1 m³ of filling mix.
The average consumption of a complex additive for the filling material GS-705 preparation is from 2 to 8 liters per 100 kg of cement.
Use of the additive GS-705 allows to reduce the cement dosage. The amount of dosage will depend on the setting time requirements, the rate of gaining early strength, the requirements for the plasticity of the filling solution.
It should be noted that the characteristics of the filling material, as well as the dosage of the additive, will be affected by the activity of cement and the characteristics of fillers used.
The proportion is established by the test results taking into account the local raw materials, technical requirements and working conditions.
It is recommended to add the additive into water concrete mix, or into the mixing water when preparing the filling solution on the packing complex.
Careful and uniform mixing of the filling solution with the addition of GS-705 is required.
Do not add the additive to the dry mix. Also it is not recommended to mix with additives of other manufacturers.
Avoid GS-705 additive contact with your eyes. If the contact occurs - rise with large amount of clean running water and immediately seek medical advice. Use rubber gloves and protective goggles during operation.
Supplied in 1,000 liters euro cubes or in barrels of 200 liters.
Storage period in the manufacturer's packaging is 12 months from the date of manufacture. Avoid direct sunlight when storing. The additive GS-705 freezes at approximately -15 ° C, but after its complete thawing and thorough mixing it retains its original properties.
