Соглашение на обработку персональных данных

Text of the data processing agreement: 

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data dated 27.07.2006, you hereby confirm your consent to the processing of personal data by MST LLC: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, specification (update, change), use, transfer solely for the purpose of selling software in your name, as described below, blocking, anonymization, and destruction. 

MST LLC guarantees confidentiality of received information. The processing of personal data is performed for the purpose of effective fulfillment of orders, contracts and other obligations assumed by MST LLC as binding. 

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to a copyright holder, distributor or reseller of software in order to register the software in your name, you authorize the transfer of your personal data. MST LLC guarantees that the copyright holder, distributor or reseller of software will protect personal data on the terms similar to those set out in the Personal Data Privacy Policy. 

This consent applies to the following personal data: last name, first name and patronymic, e-mail address, postal delivery address, contact phone, and payment details. 

This consent is valid indefinitely. You can withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to: 650051, Kemerovo, pr. Kuznetskiy, 176B, of. 3 with a note “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”. 

Please note that withdrawal of consent to personal data processing entails deletion of your account from the website (mst.ru.com), as well as deletion of all records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of MST LLC, which may make the use of the Internet services of MST LLC impossible. 

I guarantee that the information provided by me is complete, exact and reliable, and the provision of information does not violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation or legitimate rights and interests of third parties. All the information provided is indicated by me in respect of myself personally. 

This consent will be valid during the entire period of storage of personal data, unless otherwise provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
