    Dry foam-concrete mix for injection FoamFill is used for:

    • filling of bowls and inrush to prevent further collapse, as well as to prevent methane accumulation and spontaneous-combustion of coal;
    • filling the space between double-insulation curtain walls;
    • establishing temporary and permanent ventilation curtain walls;
    • establishing of isolating strips to eliminate air leaks.

    SPECIFICATION

    Dry foam-concrete mix for injection FoamFill is a polymer-mineral mix consisting of several types of cements with special additives which allow to obtain the air cells in concrete mass by mixing the air with the solution rather than by chemical reactions.

    MIX APPLICATION

    The amount of water, necessary for preparation of the dry foam-concrete mix for injection FoamFill is determined by the ratio of -1.2 - 2L per 1 kg of dry mix and is controlled by reviewing the exterior.

    For the preparation and pumping of the solution, a foam concrete pump has to be used, allowing a highintensity mixing of the solution to involve the largest amount of air.

    For the foam-concrete pumping, a flexible pressure pipe with a (horizontally) length of 60-320 m is used.

    Temperature of working surface and ambient air temperature should be not less than +5°C and not more than +40°C.

    Temperature of gauging water should be between +10°C and +30°C.

    The application work must be run according to the requirements of “Instructions for the use of a dry foam- concrete mix for injections FoamFill".

    DRY MIX CONSUMPTION

    To prepare 1m3 of solution 150-250 kg dry mix is required.

    SAFETY

    Avoid contacting the mortar with the skin and mucous membranes. If contact occurs - rise with clean running water.

    PACKAGE TYPE

    Comes in 3-layered paper valve bags with polyethylene liner weighing 25 kg (± 0.5 kg).

    STORAGE SHELF LIFE

    Store mix in a dry place with relative humidity of 60%, temperature from -50 up to +50°C. Storage period in the manufacturer's packaging is 9 months from the date of manufacture.
